Wood Farm Everdon Wedding Photography: Sky Photography

The Venue:

We were really looking forward to this wedding as not only were Ben and Amy such lovely people but we were also excited to shoot a wedding at Wood Farm (New Northamptonshire Wedding Venue) Wood Farm at Everdon is a wonderful new barn conversion wedding venue nestled in beautiful surroundings of Everdon and Northamptonshire. The landscape surrounding Wood farm is not your typical flat Northamptonshire surroundings. It’s situated at the bottom of the ancient wood: Everdon Stubbs (well worth a visit!). The Venue is still a working farm and this really excited us about wood farm. Lush green fields, Hay (& Straw!) bales, Farm machinery, Big empty barns and not forgetting the beautiful brown cows (sorry not a cow species specialist!). The Cow barn had slatted sides and for many years we’d been waiting to find one at a venue as we had a particular photo in mind. This is the gorgeous silhouette photo above.

We have so many other cool ideas for this lovely venue which which we will get to play out with future couples that have us already booked for their weddings here.

Becky and her team at Wood Farm are very attentive and enthusiastic with nothing being too much bother. Becky is a great match for Wood Farm, very relaxed and personable. Taste the caterers are amazing, their food is incredible and we know thing about wedding caters lol

The Couple

We met Amy and Ben at a wedding fayre @ Wood Farm in late 2017. It’s so nice to meet a couple who are really down to earth and so in love. We are always so honoured to capture someones wedding, that feeling never goes away.

On their big day, Amy and Ben were up for anything we suggested, climbing straw bales, standing in a dark barn whilst someone danced around them with a smoke grenade. Thank you for trusting us 🙂

We had so much fun on your day and it was great editing these photos reliving all the emotions again. Meg (Bridesmaid) is so funny, so many crazy photos of her. LOL
