Album FAQs

What should I do if I change my mind about my Wedding Album Purchase through the store?

Let us know asap and we can issue a refund if we haven’t progressed too far. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on purchases of albums after the designs have been sent to the printer. At the end of the proofing stage we ask you to agree and sign, acknowledging no further changes are required and once the design is submitted, we can no longer offer a refund.

Can I add more albums to my order later?

You can add more albums using the same design. We will hold that design for you. It is not, however, possible to get the same discounted rates or parents albums at a later date, however.

What do I do if I dispute my balance or payments with Klarna?

Can I change my album after delivery?

This may be possible, but any changes will incur costs with the printer.

Can I have my album posted abroad?

Yes. We can arrange this for you although the additional P&P will need to be paid upfront.

Portrait Sessions FAQs

What should I do if I change my mind about my Portrait Session and want a refund?

You have 14 days to make up your mind. If you no longer want to go ahead then please get in contact with us and we’ll happily process a refund for you.
