Why do we need all this information?

The information you are about to provide is crucial to how I shoot your day. My goal is simple: to be organized and efficient so I can blend in and anticipate the who’s, when’s, and where’s.

Before you start

We recommend you set aside around 30 minutes to an hour to complete this form. Sorry, it is that long!

We recommend using a device with a large screen, e.g. a laptop, desktop, or tablet. Phones are a bit of a struggle.

Please read the descriptions and Tips sections; they’re important. Sorry, I sound a bit like a teacher now!

Group Photos

Aerial Photography - Drone Photos(Required)

Perfect for amazing group photos, stunning venue shots and creative, unique couple photos. We are able to offer a fully insured CAA approved pilot (Simon), who can safely capture unique photos of your day, with all the necessary pre and post paperwork included. PAYMENT - At the end of this form, you will be able to enter your card details onto our secure payment platform, to complete your order.

UAV/Drone Photography Acceptance(Required)

We will do all we can to achieve aerial photography. Safety is paramount when flying drones, especially close to people. This means, under certain circumstances, we may be unable to fly. These can be due to weather conditions, venue authority, site risk assessments. We therefore can not guarantee flight on your wedding day or within an agreed flight window.

Please accept that our decision is final.

If in the case we can not fly the drone on your wedding day, a full refund of this add-on will be auto processed.

Couple Portraits

We're excited about the opportunity to capture some beautiful photos of both of you. It's likely that it was images like these that influenced your decision to choose us as your photographers. However, we understand that this time spent away from your guests might feel like a disruption, and you may want it to be over quickly if you're feeling uncomfortable. It's worth noting that many couples actually find this time away to be enjoyable, as it gives them a chance to take in the day and savor the moment. Below, you have the opportunity to share any preferences or ideas you have.

Each couple is unique, and while we don't capture awkward portraits, some couples prefer a little more guidance during the the portrait session, while others prefer a very natural approach. This is your chance to communicate your preference to us.

Golden Hour & Sunsets(Required)

Golden hour and sunsets happen at various times of the year. Many couples desire beautiful golden shots and stunning sunset images in their photos. However, this timing may overlap with the wedding breakfast courses. Rest assured, we would never interrupt you during your meal or speeches. However, if you've completed your starter and main course, would you like us to coordinate with the catering to capture these moments? This is your chance to let us know your preferences regarding sunset images.

Just in case...Did someone say rain?(Required)

Some couples are deeply apprehensive about any rain (think Gremlins!) on their wedding day and prefer not to step outside, even under an umbrella. On the other hand, some are fully prepared to embrace the rain and even dance in it. What are your preferences?
