Why do we need all this information?

We have collected the information for over 600 weddings and honed this form to what it is now. The information you are about to provide is crucial to the way we shoot your day. Our goal is simple: to be organized and efficient so we can blend in and anticipate the who's, when's, and where's.

Before you start

We recommend you set aside around 30 minutes to an hour to complete this form. Sorry, it is that long!
