Epic, FUN Holdenby House Wedding

Lucanne and Clark got married July 21 a wedding venue I have been wanting to visit ever since we took up wedding photography. The beautiful Holdenby House Wedding Venue. I’ve visited many times in my life so It was lovely to shoot a wedding photographer at Holdenby House. They had their ceremony at the venue itself and held the reception in adjoining rooms.

Bride and groom prep

Whilst Lucanne got ready with her bridesmaids at Holdenby House, Clarke got ready at home and arrived to meet his guests. The bridesmaids were a lot drinking champagne and having a lot of fun. Lucanne a little nervous but so happy her day had finally arrived. Lucanne made her entrance down the grand stairs and her father mother and bridesmaids were very emotional. Clarke was very cool and confident, but you could see whilst he waited at the altar his nervous were getting to him.

After the ceremony

The party and drinks started here. Lucanne’s guests were clearly up for a party and who’s to blame them with so many restrictions from the pandemic. We quickly shot the group photos just before the rain moved in, which ushered all the guests inside to shelter, just in time for their meal. Portfolio events provided the catering which as always was incredible.

The couple

Lucanne wore a stunning Stella York dress from the Wedding Shop, and Clark wore a hired suit from Moss Bros. Lucanne’s veil was embroided with their initials, a beautiful detail. This was provided by Sash and Veil.

Lucanne and Clarke’s wedding was hilarious, beautiful and crazy, and I really enjoyed their company, sorry to say bye at the end of the night. Here’s their gorgeous wedding!
